Happy Birthday Dad!

Today is the 91st anniversary of my Dad's birth. 90 of those years the world got to be part of his life but that doesn't mean we have forgotten.

About Us

In my life I am very proud of my three girls and I do everything that I can to make sure they have at least as many opportunities as I had and I hope in the process they will learn to be independent thinkers. As important as that is I am also very proud of my wife, Laura, who you will see as a new author on my - no let me rephrase that - OUR blog.

Laura and I first met on November 1, 2008 when she asked me out .... for pancakes. Turns out that pancakes was one of many things we have in common. I remember standing outside the diner anxiously waiting for her and around the corner comes a pepper white Mini Cooper S. I saw this very attractive blond-haired lady driving it and I was thrilled to see that it was Laura. That breakfast changed my life as I knew then that this was the person for me.

It has been wonderful to have Laura in my life and I look forward to many long long years of the same. We do hope you enjoy following along in this adventurous life with us, and with the girls, as we all take on new adventures. I know we are looking forward to our adventures, and a lot more pancakes.
